With White Tulip, Philippe Starck has created his first complete bathroom from a single source. The unusual shape of all components in the range follows the organic silhouette of a blooming tulip and unfolds in an almost sculptural way. Philippe Starck has devised two style collections for White Tulip, each opening up a variety of design opportunities: “Nature” for fresh, naturally inspired bathrooms and “Culture” as an expression of urban sophistication.
The circular, free-standing bathtub with seamless acrylic paneling follows the shape of the ceramics. With a diameter of 1400 mm, it offers generous space inside and is a special eye-catcher in the bathroom.
The White Tulip washbasin picks up the shape of the blooming tulip. As a free-standing monolith, the ceramic adapts to the structural conditions and is available with a wall or floor connection.
The toilets are equipped with the new HygieneFlush flushing technology. The perfectly thought-out water flow creates a vortex that guarantees ideal rinsing at all times using just 4.5 liters of water.
Exceptional in concept
and design: the Duravit Design Center in Hornberg. Perfectly presented and individually
configured exhibition areas, including six bathroom testing areas, inspire
visitors from all around the globe.
For almost twenty-five years Duravit has been offering training programs for customers, architects, and retail and trade professionals at twelve international locations and training centers. In Meissen the courses focus on all aspects of technology.
Duravit Tunisia has opened its own showroom in Bizerte. The new showroom displays a cross-section of Duravit's broad offering at an international level with high-grade design solutions for the bathroom.
Over a two-year period, the bathroom manufacturer Duravit built a new headquarters centralizing all previous office locations and adding a showroom that showcases the latest developments from the international bathroom and design scene over an area of 1200 m2.
Professional expertise for an international target group: With an area of around 110 m² the manufacturer and outfitter of designer bathrooms has three training areas covering all Duravit products that are relevant for the market.
With its new Rimless technology, Duravit demonstrates how geometry, fluid mechanics and design can be successfully combined for maximum efficiency. Thanks to the open, easily accessible rim area, the bowl is particularly easy to keep clean, and this reduces cleaning times considerably.
Duravit has a new and effective answer to the question of how to improve hygiene in toilets and urinals: HygieneGlaze. The innovative ceramic glaze is antibacterial: it effectively kills bacteria and germs.
In its development and production, Duravit attaches great importance to extreme precision and sustainability. We are so convinced of the quality of the products that we are now offering a lifetime guarantee on ceramics.
