Lifetime Warranty
In its development and production, Duravit attaches great importance to extreme precision and sustainability. We are so convinced of the quality of our products that we are now offering a lifetime warranty on our ceramics*. End customers can easily register their Duravit ceramics online within 3 months of purchase and receive a lifetime warranty certificate.
In the event of claim customer can mail us on service.india@in.duravit.com along with invoice and certificate copy.
If a material defect, manufacturing defect or construction defect is discovered, The defective product will be repaired or replaced by delivering a new product of the same type and quality. If the defective product is no longer produced at the time of the warranty claim, Duravit reserves the right to deliver an equivalent product. Following replacement, the defective products will become the property of Duravit.
Warranty registration:
The lifetime warranty is applicable for individual/retail purchases only.
To register your lifetime warranty please email the following information to service.india@in.duravit.com
1. Purchase Invoice of Duravit authorised dealer
2. Name and complete address with pin code
3. Place of installation (if different) - please provide complete address with pin code
4. Phone number
5. Email id
The certificate will be emailed within 7 working days (subject to successful verification of shared details).

The decisive criterion is the state of the art of science and technology at the time of production. Should any faults arise, The defective product will be repaired or replaced by delivering a new product of the same type and quality. If the defective product is no longer produced at the time of the warranty claim, Duravit reserves the right to deliver an equivalent product.
